We often hear about the dilemma of whether to move or improve and a capital raising remortgage can be a suitable way to finance your home improvements should you decide to stay where you are and improve your existing property.
Remortgaging can potentially save you money by applying a lower interest rate to your mortgage, this can be done by staying with your current lender or moving to a new one. It is also an excellent opportunity to review your mortgage term and/or your repayment method.
